Engaged! + Health Leadership Award!

Greetings wellness lovers!

I want to explain why I haven't been updating my blog lately...

I just got engaged! My significant other of 5+ years proposed last weekend at Disneyland!


Besides this month being very busy in general... I have been excitedly busy moving, and planning our wedding every moment I can. The event planner in me is completely coming out! Haha. It's going to be a spring affair!

One more thing happened this week... I was awarded a Health Leadership Award by Joshua Rosenthal, founder/director of Integrative Nutrition!

It's definitely been a great week!

Anyways, I just wanted to say hello! And let you know that I haven't disappeared!
