Greetings wellness lovers!

Today I came across an interesting little gem of a pin, that I thought my fellow 'nutrition geek' peeps would enjoy! :)


Well, I am getting ready to embark on a road trip to visit my sister in Oregon... so I will keep this post short + sweet today! (Literally, haha... as cinnamon is actually "sweet!")

  1. Cinnamon a natural spice used for cooking and it also has numerous advantages in it. Cinnamon is a miraculous medicine to health. Cinnamon is actually obtained from bark of the tree. The bark of the tree is peeled off and dried under sun. Store cinnamon sticks in the air tight containers.
